To Become a Sponsor
To become a sponsor, please send an
email to the
SWUG Sponsor indicating the level of
sponsorship desired and the names and contact information (address,
phone, fax, email, t-shirt size, and dietary restrictions) for the
associated complementary conference registrants. Also, include as an
attachment, a high resolution graphics file of
your logo for the web site and printed program.
Conference staff will confirm your registration by email and you
will be invoiced within five to seven working days. Payment is
currently by check only.
Vendor Setup and Tear Down Times
Set up: Tuesday, October 21st, 2 - 6 pm.
Tear down: Friday, October 24th, after the morning break -
approximately 11 am.
